Do they make a window film that is decorate from the outside and see thru on the inside?

This is for a bay window. I would like to be able to see a stain glass window treatment from the outside of the house, and a clear window view on the inside. I want to see out and no one to see in. I want privacy .

I found some decorative privacy window films that are stained glass, at www.designyourwall.com, but I'm not sure if they are a clear view on the inside.

As far as I know, the best you can do is one-way mirrored glass or tinted glass. I don't think you can buy treatments that do this. Stained glass window adhesives are a physical barrier, so they look the same from the inside and out.
