Do they make coupons for produce and meats?

I was watching a TV program the other day(Great Day Houston) and this lady was saying how she has spent $450 since January on grocery items because of coupons and such. My question: do they have coupons for produce and meats? We are a small dink family (double income no kids) and that is where all of our spending comes from. We eat as close to natural and unprocessed as possible. I just don't see it. I end up spending about half that each month! I would love to get into the clippin' world if it would help us, but...would it be a waste of my time?

  1. Most coupons come from new products that are highly processed (like crackers, chips, ice cream, etc.) But occasionally you will find a coupon for a meat product from large producers, like Tyson for chicken , or butterball for turkey.

Your best bet is to look at local store advertisments and local farmer's markets. That 450 dollar mark is an exception.  And remember that the cost of food varies depending on where you live.  We pay more here in Mississippi than I have paid anywhere else I have lived except for LA.

    GOOD LUCK!

  2. i've never seen coupons, but just better deals.

  3. They do - they're called Wine Tags & I have no clue where to get them!?

  4. A lot of store have special sales look for those instead

  5. Sometimes the grocery store will have store coupons for meat & produce.  I've used some at Kroger.  Check the website weekly for your local grocery store.  You can also combine store coupons with manufacturer's coupons on other products, to get added savings.....
