Yes, but these are typically available only for built-in models such as SubZero or the high-end KitchenAid.  If you have a refrigerator that accommodates a panel, you can buy different colors or make your own custom color.

Some appliance manufactures can sell you replacement panels for their appliances, though I have never heard of them for refrigerators. Usually they are for dishwashers.

If you want an unusual color (like pink, teal, seafoam green, etc) you will need to spray paint it. Use a metal paint; Rustolum works well.

If you have never used spray paint before, put the fridge in the middle of the room on a tarp or cardboard, tape off anything on the fridge you don't want painted, cover anything in the local area you don't want painted, shake the can well, and spray a very light coat on. Spray the next coat within the time recommended by the manufacturer. Keep spraying very light coats till you get the color desired. Do not (and I repeat do not) spray a thick coat, as it will run and look very bad.
