Do they make something to fill the space between my counter and Stovetop Oven?

we replaced the oven in our kitchen and it unfortunately does not fill the whole space. I was looking for something that could fit in the gap and leaf off on the counter and stove top to create a filled and smooth surface. Is there a such item?
