Do they make such things as these?

Question

You know the paper reinforcements? (the things that help the paper not rip in a 3 ring binder)

Do they make Metal ones for Plastic Sheeting? Could something else work like that? Where can i find them?

*in need to stake down plastic sheeting and the metal reinforcements would work*

metal grommets..yes they do make them....umm tarps have them on them

Try grommets. Joann Fabrics or another crafting/sewing/fabric store will have them in many sizes and with the tools you will need to apply them.

For plastic sheeting, metal grommets won't work by themselves,

(they'll just concentrate the stress and the sheet will tear),

but if you put duct tape on the sheet, both sides, to spread the

stress, and then punch the grommet through that they will hold pretty well.

Plastic  grommets at Home Depot or Lowes maybe in the camping section at Wal mart?  they pop together over the plastic and then you punch a hole in the center. They work great
