Do they make this kind of saddle pad?

Question

Do they make the contoured saddle pads with the round skirt? I have a horse with high withers so the contoured takes the pressure off, but the regular pads are so long they rub his hip bones. (he is a short backed foxtrotter and I ride in an endurance saddle) A website would be helpful.

What I have done in the past when I've had a horse that's got "camel withers" (My term for high withers) is CUT a pad so that there's clearance between the pad and the withers.

However, Toklat makes some awesome pads so see what they have FIRST.
