Do they make turbocharger kits for the smart fortwo?

i was looking at the specs of the smart and i saw that it had horrible acceleration so i was wondering if they made a turbo kit for it

Never turbo or supercharge a engine unless its built for one.

So far no turbo kit has been developed for the smart fortwo just yet.  Many companies are claiming to have something in development but no one has supplied any technical data.  However a few companies have supplied an aftermarket cat-back exhaust which is claimed to increase horsepower by 7!  A pretty decent gain.

As far as turbo charging a car that didn't come with a turbo stock, it makes not difference as long as you do your research.  Such as finding out compression ratios and a/f ratio for tuning.  As a matter of fact many of the NON turbo cars you see today have been turboed before or very well could be.  Its all depends on what boost settings you look into.
