you are charged for drinks. Each time you hand over your onboard key card and sign for something , you are paying for the item.

NO, they DO NOT give you free drinks. I have been on many cruises with different cruise lines and always use the casino and they NEVER give free drinks in the ship's casino like they do in Vegas, Reno and other US land based casinos. They do have waitresses walking the casino is some casinos but if you order a drink you sign a chit and pay.

While this is definitely enjoyable in Vegas, it is not offered on cruise ships typically. If you want to save a little money on drinks, be sure to ask for a regular glass not a souvenir glass and the drinks do not cost as much. Have fun!

Cruise ships usually make a killing . This is because they overcharge you for everything because you cant go anywhere else to buy drinks,food,or entertainment.Unless the cruise states beforehand all inclusive , expect nothing to be included.
