Do they provide beach towels on Norwegian cruiselines?

All other cruiselines i have been on provide beach towels in your rooms so that it is not nessesary to pack them...is this the case on norweigen or do i need to bring a towel?

Yes,  All of the NCL cruises I have  been on they did.  Our last NCL cruise was in November 2007.

Pool towels are supplied in your cabin which you can take ashore. If you don't return them, the ship will add their cost to your bill.

Yes...NCL provides beach towels equal to the number of people in the cabin.

Beware..if you keep the towel NCL will charge you $25.00

All cruise lines provide beach towels. There is a charge if they are not returned.
