Do they put your middle name on your license?

Cuz im gonna get a license soon and i dont like my middle name

Not any more. The driver licence, by North American standards, not state or provincial, has to have your legal name. If your licence had "Joe Smith", and your passport has "Joe Emmett Smith", you will have a bad time crossing any borders, and it will only get harder as international standards tighten up. Even a shopping trip to Canada will end up with you trying to explain to Homeland Security why you have 2 different names.

Due to their extensive use as a person's primary source of identity the department has the responsibility to correctly determine an applicant's identity." "Primary Identification: These items are complete within themselves and require no supporting instruments: These documents must contain the applicant's complete name and full date of birth."
