When I lived in Greece it was the kebobs that were rumored to be made of cat. People just like to make up stories about things they don't understand or know anything about.

In China, dog meat is a delicacy, but Chinese restaurants in America don't serve dog or cat meat. I'm from Italy, and my Japanese friend told me this.

I have worked for several American Chinese restaurants on the East Coast, no, they don't cook cat.

The predominant flavor of American Chinese restaurants is sugar.  This is why most Asian go to Chinatown and the like to get real Asian food, most American Chinese places cater to the American sweet tooth.

Definitely not. I always eat authentic Chinese. And cat is not something they eat. They keep them as pets.

My mom worked for the city health department back in 2006, as a health inspector. They  inspected a Chinease place in KCMO and found several dead cats in the freezer....you be the judge
