i watched the mcfly music video "the heart never lies" and its raining wouldn't that elecricute them?

anyway do they really play?

Yes they really play in some music videos. But the rain is usually fake or they are in really rain and not really playing. Usually its all computer generated.

The rain was real. Tom got sick and said it was freezing water and they were filming at midnight. Sometimes bands play, but the instrument is not plugged. They might go with the same cords that the song is playing so it looks realistic, but they put in the song during editing.
