Do they refunded money if you credit/debit card got stolen? ?

Ok! Just a simple question. If your credit/debit card got stolen, do they refund the money you lost to you?

If yes, then somebody can just pretend to lost a credit/debit card after they use it too much and ask to have their money back. (or they can ask for somebody to spend the money for them)

How do you prove that your credit/debit card really got stolen and do they really refund the money to you?

Because getting credit for fraudulent charges usually requires you to sign an affidavit of fraud. If you do that and are found out to have lied as a result of their inquiry, you're looking at potential jail  time (or a substantial fine) as well as having to return the money back to the bank. Anyone "in" on this with you could also be charged with consipiracy.

It isn't quite as simple as it may seem.....

No they don't..someone in another country stole mine and I didnt get nothing back!
