  10. No.

    Health and Safety.

Don't want the dead getting an infection.

(True, as the living have to handle them)

  11. Absolutely not, it would lead to a deadly infection, and as everybody knows, death is the leading killer of Americans today.

  12. they give them to Netto to use as carrier bags

  13. EWWW WHY

  14. Of course!!! They just clean them out...do you think the government would spring for a new body bag for everyone? NO WAY!!!!!! :)

  15. As far as I'm aware, no.

They may carry DNA or other contamination from the previous body, which could show up if there is an investigation into the death.

  16. I imagine they could if there was a shortage, although usually a body bag is used to the point of termination.  In other words, the body is in the bag until the body is sealed up.  Then it's probably discarded.  The material is fairly cheap and you definintely want to avoid the kind of diseases that rotting corpses can bring.

  17. No!

    Most body bags are plastic.

And if the body is cremated, it is usually burned along with the body.

I have a friend in the mortuary and someone had ask this very same question.

  18. Why? u think the occupants might complain?

  19. No, body bags or not made for reuse in the real world. I war time or situations where it might be necessary to reuse them they might, but in the event of  a natural catostrophy they are used and then discarded.

  20. Eeeew! Don't really want to know.

  21. depends on who they are.
