Do they sale an auto scanner for an 88 maxima? all the one they have listed on ebay are for 96 and up cars.?

pls help someone, i see on my 88 maxima a plug under the fuse box i assume its for an scan test, but cant seem to find one,,if there is one outher pls tell me the name of it, and where i could find it, thanks

It must be for something different or take it to a mechanic and ask. To my knowledge the scanners for cars that plug in under the dash only work in cars 96 and newer because of technology that has been put in the cars with the plugs.
