i've never seen it anywhere but tacobell. i dont even think its in the grocery store, though i could be wrong

From what I've seen Mountain Dew Baja Blast is and has been only in Taco Bell, because there was a special contest for it, but no, that is the only place you can get it.

I think they sell here in  SoCal at Ralph's, but I never drink soda or shop at Ralph's so I could be wrong. They  do have something called "Cactus Cooler" which is generic and is similar.
