Do they sell pregnancy tests at Kaufmarkt in Germany, or do I have to buy one at a drugstore?

I would buy them also in the "Apotheke". I feel safer to buy stuff from there. Sometimes you can do a urin test even at the Apotheke. Then you know for sure and you don't have to guess .....

Hi,

Kaufmarkt and Kaufland (they both belong to the same company) do not offer pregnancy tests. You should go to a pharmacy or a drugstore. They are both very common all over Germany.

If your local Kaufhof or Karstadt or whatever has a decent cosmetics section, then that's where you find them. If you don't, either a shop like dm or an Apotheke will sell you the same range of stuff, some brands you may even recognize from back home. It's your usual "pee here"-thingy :o)

I don't remember seeing them in the supermarket (I never needed one) but you can buy them in the pharmacy (Apotheke) or just in the drugstore (Drogerie like "dm", "Rossmann", etc.), probably cheaper there.
