Do they sell "Goody powder" in Philippine? If they do about how much?

no they don't have it there, we always bring some every time we go back to Philippines even aspirin, they have the low mg, and only bayer aspirin. better bring some also.

I've been looking for BC's and Goody's for the past 4 years in Philippines with no luck.  Next time I go I'm FedEx'ing a crate over ahead of me.  I'd offer to send you some but the Philpost vultures would probably snort it all up or sell it for shabu.

No Goody Powders in the Philippines. I always carry a large box of Goody Powders with me when I travel to the Philippines

i haven't encountered any yet but we do have better pain relievers not aspirins. - paracetamol biogesic is a safe one.

Well I am assuming your speaking of the legal kind.  If so yes, they sell all kinds of over the counter pain reliever and it doesn't cost much.  You can buy it at any pharmacy!  The combination of aspirin, caffeine, and acetaminophen is very common and  can be purchased in various brand names including Excedrin!
