Do they sell video game racks?

Like a cd rack but for your video games?

Cause i have like 100 and there just on top of each other so does anyone know if they sell these and if so where do i get one?

Yeah, they do. My brother and I have one- although it might be intended for use with DVDs. Doesn't really matter- DVD cases are the same size as video game cases, generally.

You can check anywhere from your local department store to the internet, but why don't you just use a bookshelf? Same function, right?

Yep, you can find them almost anywhere that they sell electronics.

yes if you have an ikea around you they sell a video tower that holds like 500 games and movies
