  1. yes, if you have relations from outside the UK, which are high risk countries for TB, such as Africa, China etc...

if you need it, they normally do it in yr 8/9, depending on what school you go to...

  2. They do in Scotland, it's called the BCG inoculation.

  3. I never got mine and I don't think the year below is going to get theirs. But I am not sure about 2 years below me. They said that we were not at a high risk and there was a list saying things like if you are planning to go to these countries in the next few years you can get it but if not then you don't. My Mum rang up the doctors and asked if I could have it but they said that I couldn't because I was not in any of the categories. I wish I had lied because it would be safer. If it does come back then my year will all be at risk and all because the government decided we were not at risk at the time.

  4. I'm in Scotland and started high school 3 years ago and i haven't had one so i don't think so.

  5. we havent got it yet and we are going into year 11, in the past people have got it in yr 9 and 10 so i dont think we are getting it

  6. Not in England

  7. Yes i believe so, TB is not a dead disease in the UK so the NHS are still providing jabs.

  8. Acording to the times online chilldren in the uk are no longer inoculated. Ive linked it incase you fancy a nose.
