Do they still make Mazda Rx-7s?

no, they haven't for 10 years or more.

they replaced it with the RX-8, which uses the same rotary engine but is not turbo charged.  it's also a 4 seater for insurance reasons, but supposedly handles better.

The last ones were made around the late 90s.  Most owners keep them in good condition so they hold their value well.
