Yup.  They have them at Target, among other places.  Search Target.com or Google.com (click the 'shopping' link).

The answer is yes, they still do make ouija boards. You can buy one at Toys R us, Target, or puzzle zoo. You can also make a home made one, they can show you how to make one on youtube. Just type in "how to make a ouija board" ^_^ I hope I have helped you.

They still make ouija boards.  Your friend can buy one at most department stores that sell board games, and at most toy stores.  Toys R Us and Walmart are good possibilities.  Or ebay or amazon.com might have one.
