  1. I'm sure they do.  I had one when I was a child.

  2. Never heard of that before...

so I'm guessing they dont sell those anymore because i've never seen anyone wear one.

  3. wow. sounds like a dog chain. sorry but why dont you keep a full eye contact on your baby maybe you dont need this

  4. go to the mall to an engraving store they have them in phoenix the store is called things remembered

  5. Dear Miss

Yes they sure do I have one with all my information on it just in case some thing happens to me but I am a grow up and some of the medication's that I can not take it is listed on there ok

  6. They still make them.

You can make them at jewelery stores.

You can buy a silver bracelet from

    Walgreens or Walmart

and take it to a local police station and they

will engrave it for you too if you are on a budget.

  7. They more than likely would, just go to a jeweller and ask. They still make the ones for children with allergies so I don't see why you can't just buy one of those and then take it to get engraved with the childs address or whatever you need.

  8. Any engraving shop can help you out. They have catalogs full of stuff like that.

  9. Yes they still have them you order them through the same business that you order the medical id's from.. In a way they are not safe because you are advertising where you live.. My suggestion is to have your child fingerprinted and a DNA swab done of the child and update the photo yearly

Here is a site where you can get gold/silver id bracelets

    These are medical id bracelets

I think you can get a lot of sites by just typing it in on google!

    Hope this helped (:

  11. i think they do

  12. Yes.  You can get them through engraving shops, these are  usually made of plated metal.  You can also buy them at jewelry stores, but these can be a lot more expensive as they are normally made from gold or silver.  In my family, these more expensive bracelets are generally given by grandparents or god parents.

  13. Yes! When we go out in public, we have bracelets with their first name, my cell phone number, my husband cell phone number, and their medical conditions.

Another great thing if your kids have allergys are allergy stickers. If your sending your child to camp, school, or daycare, it's a great way for them to remember not to feed your child the food they are allergic to. You could also use it for when your at a carnival, resturant, airplane, etc. If God forbid you forget to ask if they have any of those products in it, it's a great warning!

EDIT: Oh, I thought you where talking about those little plastic ones! The plastic ones are easy and cheap, but my have silver bracelets with their name on it too. Just go to any jewlery store and buy a silver bracelet. Most of the time they will do it, but for a hefty charge. If you call the police station, they may be able to do for you for no cost (or very little).

  14. Try them, I bought 6 ids for my kids & nieces.  Only $12 each included s/h.  Fast turn-around time too.

i wouldnt get them though, not stalkers, child molesters & all that scary stuff know where you and your kid live.

my parents got me fingerprinted and gave it to the police so it was on record.

    hope this helps

  18. they prolly aren't "safe" with all this talk of stalkers and whatnot, but I think they still make them, I had one when I was younger, you could just go somewhere they personalize stuff and have them do it, like the name on one side and the address on the other.

  19. Yes, but they can be dangerous because any potential child molester can get your child's name and address.
