Do they take away your free lunch at school?

i got caught with weed in a california school, it was about halfway through my sophomore year in high school. I kept getting free lunch, but now starting my junior year it seems that my parter in crime and i have to pay for our lunch. I don't want any preachy sh¡t, its bad enough i got caught, i know what i did, and i dont need to hear your opinion, I just wanna know if getting caught took away my free lunch?

You need to make sure your parents applied for you to get free lunches.  They probably have to turn in income documents every year.  Ask the schools administrative assistant who you need to talk to about reapplying.  Usually you have to turn in your parents income tax returns.

They should not have UNLESS you were charged with possession.  If you were charged with possession (i.e. have a criminal record) you can no longer receive governmental benefits like free lunch.
