Do they use dry ice to kill tumors. Can they use carbon monoxide gas if injected into the tumor to kill it.?

Since carbon monoxide gas takes away oxygen, wouldn't the tumor die also with minimal damage to the other cells?

Hey, dry ice is ok cause it is CO2 that is carbon di oxide but carbon monoxide is toxic and can harm you along with the tumor and any way how are you going to deliver it directly to the tumor.
