Do they want to talk to me?

I'm not the most popular guy in school, but I get along with a lot of people. I have my own little circle of friends, but my best friend is Danielle. We always get along together, we have the same interests in music and other things, and we always hang with each other when we can. We are also not afraid to talk about our problems. On bus rides at school, we always sit together and listen to our music. Lately it seems as though some of the most popular people at school on our bus looks at us a lot, like a quick glance. It almost seems as though they're envious! The other day one of them sat in the seat next to us and when someone asked if they can switch with him, he said he didn't want to move. Do they want to talk to me and want my attention? Or is this just in my head?

Probably just nothing I mean sometimes I just look at people for no reason. Just a habit of mine. There's no such thing as popular at my school.
