i am fifteen & i am tired of being fat.i want to lose at least 20- 30lbs in 4 months.This is my plan to get to my goal weight.- eat right no sodas or sweets or fast food.- Eat only healthy foods & only drink water & low sugar/calorie drinks.- work out on my bike for 30-40 min or walking around my neighborhood everyday day.- And staying motivated.Do you think the plan will work.I want someone who has had experience with weight loss to answer please. :p
