Question:

Do think i can reach my goal weight by...?

i am fifteen & i am tired of being fat.

i want to lose at least 20- 30lbs in 4 months.

This is my plan to get to my goal weight.

- eat right no sodas or sweets or fast food.

- Eat only healthy foods & only drink water & low sugar/calorie drinks.

- work out on my bike for 30-40 min or walking around my neighborhood everyday day.

- And staying motivated.

Do you think the plan will work.

I want someone who has had experience with weight loss to answer please. :p

  1. I would count on losing about 1-1.5 lbs a week. you could lose 2 lbs but if you count on 1.5 at the most then on the weeks that you do lose 2 then in the end you will be ahead of your plan!

    burn/cut out 500 calories a day and you will lose 1 pound a week. burn/cut out more that that you can lose more but do not go under 1500 calories. try to burn more calories so that you can keep your body fueled with all the right foods.
