  1. There are eight kinds of third nipples, four of which have gland tissue and thus are capable of potentially producing milk. The fifth is called polymastia, and actually causes a whole mammary gland to form (third breast). The three others are basically moles, and although they often run across the milk lines of the body, they do not ever produce milk. You can have these as far away from your chest as your feet.
