Do those home-made hangover remedies actually work?

Y'know, the one with the raw egg in it, and the paprika and whatever else...? Does it actually work? I've never blacked out, had to vomit, passed out, or had a serious hangover before, so I've never tried one. But I've seen a few people wake up in the morning feeling sick and still vomiting and I can't imagine them actually drinking something as slimy as a raw egg. What do you think? Have you ever tried one or seen someone else try one? How'd it turn out for them? Or you?

Or how'd you feel when you woke up from passing out the previous night?

Thanks in advance :D

  1. Geez....   If you hate having hangovers WHY DO YOU DO WHAT CAUSES YOU TO HAVE ONE???????!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. No 99 % of then are useless. The best thing for a hang over is to drink water or better yet something like Gatorade and take a multivitamin. People get hung over because their bodies are craving more alcohol, that's why many people when they are hung over will have a beer or a bloody Mary. That will help a little but the big issue is dehydration. When people drink they pee out more fluid than they take in so they get dehydrated. Also a lot of the nurturance in their bodies are gone due to being urinated out. That's why a multivitamin helps. If you look at those "no hang over" pills all they are, are pills with some salt and vitamin B in them. That's why they kinda work. The best way is drink a sports drink and water, take a multivitamin and stay away from caffeine. Caffeine can make it worse. Also a few Tylenol will help with the headache.
