I wanted to get a bunch of the korn ones for jeans. I was curious as to if they would go on and remain on my jeans. Here's one of which I'm refering too...

  1. If they make like in the 70's then yeah.I still have my high school jean jacket with patches on it.Held nicely for the past almost 30 years.

  2. They don't stay on well.  They are put on with heat and come off with heat.  When your legs rub together, it creates heat and they wear off.

The fabric glue does work well.  The best patches for jeans are pieces of denim.

You can use the iron-on embroidered patches, but in order for them to best stay on, you should stitch them down too.  You don't have to stitch all the way around, just tack at a few major spots.  With the patch you are looking at, I would treat it like a clock.  Tacking it at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, & 12 o'clock would probably hold it well.

  3. No iron on are hard to get on and to stay on. Pick up some Aleen's fabric glue and use that to apply it to your jeans. You can find it at Michael's craft store, JoAnn fabrics. and maybe Wal Mart. There are several different types of Aleen's glue, make sure to get the one for fabric

  4. gees  - i've never had a problem with them...you can always sew them too
