I cut my hair SHORT, and now I can't even put it in a pony tail. I'm SO embarrassed! So my question is: Will those pills that say "For hair, skin, and nails" REALLY make my hair grow longer?

  1. I've read reviews that say that they work.

I was contemplating on using them as I too cut my hair short. A while ago actually, but I've just gotten bored of it and miss being able to do more with my hair.

Now I think your best bet is to go to a GNC or and health store and ask. If they actually know their stuff, they will be able to give you a better answer than I or anyone else here can. If they say that it really does not work they might be able to give you pointers or give you something else to help you.

I heard about Hairtopia and looked for reviews and people say it works, although I'm not sure it it's sold in stores =S

    Good luck!

I think I might do that myself, so if you get any information I wouldn't mind know as well! =) And I'll be sure to tell you anything I find out.

  2. I've seen those type of vitamins and I don't think they claim to make hair grow faster, just stronger and healthier.

Some people can only grow their hair to a certain length before each one dies and falls out, so it doesn't get very long. The same with nails being brittle and breaking. The vitamins and minerals involved (keratin and calcium? blah blah) may well improve the condition and help people get longer hair & nails.

If you don't like your short hair it wont take too long to grow, but in the meantime, there are some fabulous hats on the market this season.

  3. Yes! I've tried it and I'm convinced. Never in the past have I been acknowledged for the length of my hair. Now, people who haven't seen me in a while comment that my hair is growing!

  4. There is no real way to actually make your hair grow faster.  Normal hair will only grow 6 inches in a year, 1/2 per month.  So I really doubt that they work.

  5. I've seen certain pills that say that, but I think it jut, if anything, makes your hair and nails stronger rather than longer.

  6. no, maybe a pinch healthier longer however
