  1. I like to go to the nickle keno, I pick three numbers close together  and keep playing them. I use five nickles at a time.

My money lasts a long time and I usually come home with  more than I left.

  2. Lets see here. That depends all on if you want to play slots or if you play card games or roulette. The chances of winning on blackjack is extremely fair. Slots are a little unfairer, but heed this advice, if you go and win something at slots DO NOT keep on playing. Run with what you won. That's how slots work. The let you win some money and when you keep playing you lose it all. Roulette is even more unfair. there is like a 2% chance at the greatest that you win something.

  3. Yes...

Though some win - most lose...

It's not Vegas but I was at a casino today and doubled my money - YAY !

Good Advice: Go expecting to have fun and IF you do win walk away!

  4. Here are a few tips for you. Don't play the slot machines close to the gaming tables as they aren't geared to hit often so as not to disturb the gamers at the tables. A good location would be close to the entrance since the sound of "machines hitting" is a good draw for more players. Also, make sure you get a players card since you get points you can use for meals. Also, when you get a card, that is where you can get new member perks. I have gotten a set of glasses, roll of nickles, small fountain, silver key chain, etc. all just for signing up for the  players card...which is free. You can also get coupons for discounts at some of the casinos. Have fun and good luck, hope you hit big!

  5. Everybody has a story to tell about a friend or family member that won with very little money.  However, those casinos don't have two 40 story towers giving all their money away!  My suggestion to you is to go online and learn a little about the different games they have.  While it's true that the casinos have an advantage on every game, that advantage can differ greatly- some games the house advantage is less than 1% while others can be 20% or higher!  Learn a little about which bets to avoid and go from there.  But you should consider the money you gamble with and entertainment money.  Where you might go to a bar and spend $80, think about gambling money the same way.  You are spending money for entertainment - and if you do manage to win, so much the better!

  6. Start with the slots, see how your luck is going, because my friend IT'S ALL LUCK!!!!!

  7. You can win, but you can also win the Powerball tomorrow.

If I was planning on playing the $1 slot machines, I wouldn't take less than $1,000 for a weekend.

  8. I used to live there. Yes, people really do win. Try playing quarter poker machines. I've hit on those before and won like $1000. You can play nickle poker machines and such too but the winnings probably aren't much at all. At least with the poker you get a little something by not spending too much. Make sure you play the maximum amount of quarters or else you'll be disappointed if you hit the jackpot and don't get the full amount! Good Luck!

  9. In 2005 won 800.00 at HardRock on Quater Machine with a 20.00 investment.

This year won 400.00 putting 5.00 in a penny machine at Jerry Nugget's Casino which has a great Coffee Shop.

  10. my mom went for a week she tried the slot machines with like 10 bucks but neither her or her friends had any luck.

  11. My mom won $1200 at slts the first time we went to Vegas at Harrah's. I have been to Vegas 4 times, and I seem to have better luck at the older casinos (with slots.) Personally, I like playing blackjack because you have some control over how you play.

Best advice I could give ya if you are going to gamble is just give yourself a limit on how much you are willing to gamble with (and a daily limit if more than one day.)

Good luck to you and enjoy Vegas. There is definitely a lot more to do than gamble. Hardest decision is deciding what you want to do first.
