i am looking to have a home addition built, inquiring if permits or inspections are needed when gas lines are disconnected, electric, water ?

  1. It's not the disconnections that require inspections ,it's the new work that needs inspection before you can connect into gas and electric.


  2. you'll need all that at the same time you apply for your building permit. they'll let you know (it varies from township to township so...that's why really no one can know unless they live in your township as well)
