  1. i dont know exactly... but there great... get them!

    they help me alot

  2. short answer: yes. but it depends on the person, the spikes, and how used to wearing them you are. If you get a good pair of spikes that fit well, it should improve your time no matter what, but getting used to them will help even more. Its tough to give a time estimate seeing as I dont know how fast you are, or what you were wearing prior, but id say from running shoes to spikes you could probably expect a 4-5 second improvement.  for me, its probably more like 8 seconds, just because i really like the feel of spikes. And btw if you do get spikes, make sure to wear them a few times before racing in them.

  3. i don't know, i always use asic gel, buut maybe

  4. yes spikes do help decrease your time by 6-10 second it forces you to run faster

  5. yes, spike do improve time over regular trainers at all race distances from the 100m to the 10k. for an 800 spikes would probably take off about 2 seconds per lap for a total of around 4 seconds.

  6. no they don't make you faster they just help you if your running short distance so you wont get shin splints but my trainer recomends regular running shoes for long distance
