  1. Possibly not 24/7 but I've seen them at funny times you wouldn't expect, like 10 pm on a Friday night.

  2. O yes they do : They are out to get all those people who cant tell the difference between carriageway and footway and expect ignorance of the law to be an acceptable excuse when they are given a parking ticket because they cant tell the when they are parked on a crossover and pedestrians have to walk in the road to get around them..

If I had my way all those people that park on footways should be crushed and their car given to someone who knows the Highway Code and at the very least passed there test in the UK.

  3. Does the devil work 24/7 ???!!!

  4. not normally no. there are set restrictions and times for parking areas and unless a council is willing to pay overtime?  most traffic wardens etc will have gone home by around 6 :30.

In London you see a stream of vehicles pulling in just before this time so they can park without fear most of the night.

However with the onset of 24 hour CCTV it is possible that if you are in a zone where it clearly states no parking after such a such a time then doing so will be an offence and you will be prosecuted.

  5. I dont think so, but in certain places they finish late and start VERY early

  6. Hi, They do where I live, I swear the buggers are following me....It does'nt matter what time of day it is, they're just there!
