I have 3 tunisian torts at about 3 years and they all seem to be well apart from one who seems to be showing early signs of pyramiding. On the net i found a site that said you should put a humid/damp hide in to prevent this?does anyone else do this?Does it make a difference? There diet is mostly spring greens, kale and cabbage with calcium powder sprinkled 5 days a week.Cheers in advance guys

  1. No tortoises need humidity, pyramiding has nothing to do with humidity, but humidity can cause skin trouble on a tortoise. Sadly i know this from experience. :(
