Do u Guys think Baron Davis is dumb for wut he did?

I think he expected Elton Brand to stay if he signed with them, but they're the Clippers and they botched that goal.  Had Brand stayed they would have had a nice team.  Davis got the big 5 year contract from the Clippers, the only team crazy enough to give him one.  The Warriors were never going to give Baron a five year deal.  Plus he's back home in LA.  Perhaps he may be able to get the endorsement deals he wasn't getting the in the Bay Area.  It was a smart move at the time on his part, but Brand leaving the Clippers ruined that plan.  Still it's sad to see him leave a team that was so geared around his talents.

He got less money in L.A. than he did in golden State, plus he thought he would have Brand and Kaman with him, but instead of Brand he now has Camby.
