Legally?  Yes.  Our government keeps hollering we are racists unless we accept diversity those folks in Congress wouldn't have in the town across the state.  Diversity is ONLY for the little people in the towns away from their homes.  But that traveling is an excellent way to get that diversity.

AND.. indeed, if you are a criminal, you don't get to come to this country and case the USA for ways to steal and defraud.  The illegal aliens in our country cannot afford to come here.. steal other peoples jobs when they do.. all of that stops when you can legally come and look.. and then go home.

Sadly, I would add, lots of criminals come, look, and then buy the fake documents that allow them to stay and sooo... we need to start implanting a finder chip in visitors so that they return home when they say they are going to return home.

God, no. Some idiots don't know what toilet paper is & cutting off hands is acceptable punishment in some lands for for cryin' out loud!

Better people explore their own lands first.

Everyone essentially has that Freedom,as long as they obey the Laws of the Countries they want to "explore" Every Country of course has different laws,and you have to obey them.If you don't like their Laws,then don't go there.
