No, I do not believe marriage is made in heaven. If it was then why is it us married people have to actually work at a marriage. I do believe we have soul mates, people we are destined to be with for the rest of our lives.

Unfortunately I don't think it is possible to have a marraige made in heaven even if you don't fight there are bound to be things that annoy the other person. I do think it is possible to have a very happy marraige but it will not be perfect.

I believe some marriages are made in heaven.If all of them were i don't think we would have so many divorces.Or maybe they are made in heaven,and it is up to you what to do with them.
