Do u eat bishop's nose aka tongkeng ayam?

Is it nice? What do u do with it? Does it make your voice nicer when u do karaoke?

Nope I don't. It is just a lump of fat and skin with hardly any solid meat.

Some Chinese say your skin becomes extra soft and smooth if you constantly consume it - but I have a few aunts who like eating it but their skin looks average to me.
