Yes and no. I am confident in my certain abilities and positions, but as anything else I feel as though I am a work in progress and overall feel rather flexible, which gives my confidence a certain degree of fluctuation.

Always.  I take my time in making a decision and I have great listening skills to hear others of their issues.  I am at peace in the decisions I make because they are not out of emotion, nor irrational, and lots of things are taking into consideration.  Therefore, yes, I am confident.
