  1. I have a workout that I like to do:

    I do almost the whole workout at 1.5 % incline.

    5 minutes @ 3.5 MPH

    10 minutes @ 5 MPH

    20 seconds @ 7.5 MPH

    1 minute @ 5 MPH

    20 seconds @ 7.5 MPH

    1 minute @ 5 MPH

    20 seconds @ 7.5 MPH

    4 minutes @ 5 MPH

    10 minutes @ 6.5 MPH

    4 minutes @ 5 MPH

    Then 3 times through:

    4 minutes @ 6.5 MPH

    4 minutes @ 5 MPH

    Then I do 5 minutes at 5 MPH increasing the incline by 0.5% every 30 seconds.

    Then I warm down.

    I'm 110 pounds and I burn about 560 calories doing this, so it's a really great workout, even though it doesn't feel all that hard!
