Do u have a refurbished ipod touch?

i have saved up all summer long and i want to buy a ipod touch refurb from apple (8gb) but i have a couple of questions for people who got a refurb. Is the back all scratched when you get it or like new? Dose it come with the 2.0 software update? is all the accessories new or used? Thank u

I agree with the Ebay comment, but Apple guarantees it's refurbished products as if they were new. You could even buy Apple Protection to be on the safe side.  The last 2 Macs I bought I got as refurbs on the Apple site.  

I'd trust an Apple Store refurb more than Ebay, even if they are more expensive -- unless an Ebay seller gives you a *good* deal and a decent warranty.

For older iPods, Ebay is the way to go, though.
