  1. no

  2. I had two kinds of bad experiences:

    1) paid for the item using PayPal, never received the item, complained through PayPal but the guy/girl canceled the PayPal account, so I never received the money back (it was a relatively small amount). Lesson - if a seller has 100% rating, check, how many sales she/he conducted. If less than 100 - be careful.

    2) The seller clearly violated the rules of eBay (and U.S. laws), I reported to eBay asking it to interfere, but no action was taken against the seller (I've got a negative feedback in retaliation). Lesson - don't deal with a seller whose rating is less than 99%.

Overall lesson - eBay is great as long as things go smoothly, but it's customer service almost always takes the seller side or no side at all.

  3. I've only had one bad experience. I had paid for an item and didn't receive it. But I reported the person and got my money back from Ebay so everything worked out in the end. I love Ebay.

  4. nope

  5. eBay is the largest online marketplace and one of the most popular ways to earn an income from home with a PC and internet connection. Selling on eBay is inexpensive and easy to start. Ebay has a number of tools for sellers to maximise sales. These are eBay Pulse, Hot items report, merchandising calendar. By sourcing products at a low price, you can increase your profit. 6. Yes I do. I had listed my piece of art for sale internationally. My parent site is Indian. It was not listed anywhere else ... I mean in any of their international sites ...  but have been charged. I notified this to them. They have never replied. They are not concerned. In spite I have been duly charged.

  7. just once, when they forgot to put my apt#
