a great dessert would be a deconstructed pina colada....you grill a pineapple round..top it with coconut ice cream/sorbet and drizzle with caramel sauce

grilled lime shrimp, kabobs with chicken and pineapple etc.

a pool is a nice touch too if available

The best place to go to is like a Party City store or something like that because they have all there themes together. But,I totally recommend the coconut cups,grass skirts,and the lays(flower necklaces).For food I would recommend looking up some recipes with pineapples in them.I guess roasting a pig would be out of the question...lol.

decorations- lots of brightly coloured silk flowers and streamers, give each guest a lay (those puffy necklace things) as they arrive.

Food- pineapple and chicken kabobs (thread chunks of chicken, pineapple and veggies- peppers, rec onion, mushrooms etc, on skewers and grill)
