ok i want a jui-jitsu guide no videos just like a list of them with detailed pics on it and the names of the moves i need some excersise and also my fighting sucks and i get in alot of fights so i need something to help me defend myself when i get in fights so yah if u do send it to my email [e-mail] thnx and if u dont have it then ur g*y

try flashmavi.com. it has a list of a few jujitsu techniques with a cartoon demonstrating it. flashmavi has everythig u need exercises, martial arts, nutrition, body building, etc. trust me i go to that website all the time.
