Do u have to audition for dancing at school of the performing arts?

I believe that most decent performing arts schools will require you to do acting, singing, and dancing for your audition. Check with the individual shcool for requirements.

Basically, they are looking to see where your strengths and weaknesses are. They want to know if you have the potential to improve your skills, or whether you will not. Don't think of it as a life or death thing though. Everyone who has ever been to a performing arts school has had to audition, so you are not alone.

You have to audition for some of them,but some don't require an audition.

I'm going for the ones without auditions,because if you already have to be professional,then why would you go to the school?!
