  1. No, I didn't have a bloody show until after they broke my water.

  2. i never had a bloody show during any of my pregnancies

  3. you are probably having early labor - and don't get excited, this can last for weeks!  it's been happening to me for weeks.  but, you do not have to have a bloody show or lose your mucous plug to go into labor.  often times these things happen, but they don't have to happen, and your water doesn't have to break either.  you will know you are in true labor when your contractions are strong enough that you can't speak through them, you'll stop everything and won't be able to do anythign except weather the contraction.  when they are this strong and 5 minutes apart for an hour it's time to call the doc and go the hospital, you are entering active labor!  best of luck, and don't worry about not having the bloody show, it's not a neccesity to labor!

  4. no, you do not have to have bloddy show, it is just one of the possible side effects. if it is a real contraction, your stomach should get completely hard all over, and you should not feel baby moving during these. when i went into labor, i also got the chills when my contractions first started.  id call the doctor though, they know best!
