  1. they machine keeps a percentage of the money, i think its 6%. So if you put in 10 dollars worth of change it will only give you $9.40 back.  


  2. The machine takes a percentage of the actual amount you put in....it will be clearly stated on the machine.....after all, that machine works hard to separate all those coins and count them all too!!! LOL
