  1. you don't have to use both

but if you mean in what order you put them on, then yes foundation first then powder.

powder stops your face looking shiny if you have oily skin, and also helps to 'set' your makeup in place - making it last longer. Personally, I wouldn't recomend wearing both foundation and powder in the daytime, especially in summer. It clogs your pores (making your skin worse) and natural ALWAYs looks better. But if you are going out at night it is very useful - just make sure you choose exactly the right colour lol

    hope that helps!

  2. doesnt matter

    they both set your makeup/foundation

  3. Use loose powder beneath eyes.......

  4. You don't HAVE to, but you should use one or the other (form doesn't matter, though ideally it should be translucent).  They both set foundation  and other makeup to help it last longer.  They also keep you from getting too shiny.  Some powders even have special ingredients to make you look glowy, to disperse light and conceal imperfections, and new HD powders can give you an airbrushed finish.

  5. Uhm, you don't have to, it's your choice.

  6. I put on foundation first then loose powder so it stays.
